We tailor our programs to specific client needs and budgets in a very comfortable work environment. We work onsite (or offsite) with individuals or groups to provide the following sessions:
- before-work, lunch-hour and/or after-work
- weekend
- one time training program (weekly, bi-monthly, monthly)
- brief sessions at meetings
- individual sessions at employee offices and/or cubes to help them relax while working
- ongoing weekly, monthly or yearly training workshops
